Management, Administration and Upgrades of software, hardware, and networks
Troubleshooting of client and network components and solutions (Win-Clients, LAN, WLAN - in particular Cisco)
Analysis, Troubleshooting, Prevention and Resolution of operational issues
System Documentation creation and actualisation based on defined processes and procedures
Active Monitoring of Systems and Devices
Regular internal communication and reporting based on a defined procedure
