at least 3 years of work experience
experience with commercial law, personal data protection and civil code
knowledge of Contract life cycle
knowledge of business contractual principles and regulations
basic knowledge of trade regulations and subcontracting principles
experience with the analysis of variants of solar power plants is welcome
interest in construction, energy or technical fields is an advantage
professional knowledge of the MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
Hungarian language is an must

Job description
Preparation of simple contracts, assisting with the preparation of complex contracts in cooperation with leading law firms in Europe, checking and reviewing of contracts and contractual documents.
Extract of deadlines and fulfillments from contracts, monitoring of these deadlines, cooperation with internal departments, escalation of risks in a timely and controlled fashion.
Documentation and reporting of business and contractual risks.
Coordination of information inputs for meetings, participation in conference calls, preparation of meeting minutes, subsequent follow-up.
Providing legal advice to internal and external teams.
Development, implementation, and review of internal processes.
Communication with external law firms.
Legal acts based on power of attorney.
Preparation of various guidelines, business conditions and other documents.
Initiating, facilitating, and promoting activities related to legal topics in the form of email communication, preparing materials for the website and social networks, and providing internal trainings.
Monitoring of new legislation.
Maintaining an overview of business agreements.
